The prices and promotions displayed on our website www.salmorena.com may experience fluctuations and their availability may be limited and be affected by specific periods of time.

 4. TERMS AND PAYMENT

When you make your purchase you can choose by Credit Card, PayPal, ATM reference. The ATM reference option is only available for payments in national territory (Portugal).

* Credit Card: Payment by Credit Card requires entering data of a valid credit card. (Note: If the information is not valid, an error message preventing the completion of the purchase will appear). The total value of the order is debited automatically. During the purchasing process, the number and the security code on your card will not be saved.

** PayPal: You can use your PayPal account for shopping at www.salmorena.com. If have not a PayPal account, you can create one during the purchase process on the site. We recommend that you save your personal data and payment information so you do not need to re-enter every time you make a purchase in our site.

*** MB: Choosing this option is generated a reference to payment in an ATM machine or your Home Banking. You should then enter the Entity, Reference and Total Value of the order in the Payments option > Purchase payments option. Payment must be made within 2 days or the order will not be confirmed and consequently annulled.

5. SHIPPING COSTS OF SAL MORENA PRODUCTS

For your security and ours, all shipments of products ordered at www.salmorena.com are sent by Registered Mail.

The cost of shipping is responsibility of the user / customer and added to the total value of selected products. The user will always be informed of these costs before confirming the order and completing the purchase.

Prices and products available in www.salmorena.com are only valid for purchase orders placed through the site www.salmorena.com and may not match the prices in stores that sell the products of Sal Morena.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CTT Express – Registered Mail

After confirmation of payment, your order will be shipped to the address provided in:

1-3 business days to Continental Portugal

3-5 business days to Portugal Islands and Europe.

10-12 business days to the rest of the World.

Upon receipt of your order, make sure your order matches the original ordered and it arrived undamaged. If it is not the case, we ask you to enter as soon as possible in contact with us via e-mail info@salmorena.com, if the item is in stock, we provide immediately the return. If the desired item is no longer available, you can request an alternative item or refund your money.

 6.1 PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

 6.2 POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 6.3 DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Sal Morena is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

 

  1. ORDER TRACKING

You can make follow-up (tracking) of your order, and therefore to send us a mail to the email info@salmorena.com requesting the sending reference code. Then, by accessing the website of http://www.ctt.pt/ CTT and placing in the text field the code that is on the order shipping slip, may perform real-time tracking of your order.

  1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Sal Morena does not accept the return of the article(s) or money refund from these.

You may return and exchange your article up to 10 days after acquiring it on our online store by another that Sal Morena keep in stock.

The exchange of the item (s) can be made by another size or another model in stock at the date of communication of the intention to change; the exchange will have to be made by the same or higher amount article. If the exchanged product is more expensive the customer must pay the amount of the difference.

If you wish to proceed with an exchange item online, please send an email to info@salmorena.com with the following information: full name; email; order number; product reference and size; reason of exchange or return; in case you want to exchange for another item or items please refer to which one(s).

The returned item must be in perfect condition, with their labels and hygienic protections, no signs of use and be returned with their purchase invoice. We recommend you send your order by registered mail. We are not responsible for any loss in your submission. There will also not be accepted shipments to collection. The costs of article delivery to exchange are borne by the customer and the new product delivery costs in the 1st exchange shall be borne by Sal Morena.

For exchanges, after receiving the item(s), it /they will undergo a Quality Control Analysis that may take up to 3 business days to assess the condition of it. The team of Sal Morena then will contact the customer through email in order to respond.

  1. STOCKS

In case of shortage of stock: if the product in stock entering break and the Customer has already made the order and the corresponding payment, the customer will be notified of the impossibility of shipping the order and compensated for the full value of purchase.

  1. BIKINI, TRIKINI AND SWIMSUIT CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Always read and follow the wash advice on the label:

  • Do not leave items in water to soak;
  • Gentle squeeze with out twisting;
  • Do not leave items in contact with rough surfaces;
  • Hand Wash only (do not use a washing machine, dryer or dry cleaning) using cold running water, removing all chlorine residue and salt;
  • Never use iron;
  • Dry in the shade in a ventilated place;
  • Do not leave items in contact with solvents, cosmetics, sun block or any other chemical products.
  • Never leave the bikini wrapped in a towel after use

Sal Morena is not responsible for misuse of the articles or by incorrect washing.
